Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operator with hands-on experience in spot welding and related processes for our Vasai facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating spot welding machines, ensuring the quality of sub-assemblies, and performing additional processes like pad printing and calibration of MCB poles. Key Responsibilities Operate spot welding machines efficiently and handle spot welding of sub-assemblies. Set and adjust spot welding machine parameters as per process requirements. Conduct daily strength checks of spot-welded sub-assemblies to maintain quality standards. Perform the pad printing process with accuracy, ensuring clear and precise prints on components. Calibrate and verify MCB poles to ensure they meet technical and functional specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with product quality standards. Report any defects or discrepancies observed during operations. Monitor and maintain the equipment used in welding and printing processes. Suggest improvements in process parameters to enhance productivity and quality. Requirements Educational Qualification: ITI in Electrical. Proficiency in operating spot welding machines and understanding process parameters. Familiarity with pad printing processes and equipment. Experience in calibration and verification of MCB poles is an advantage. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
