Operator - ITI Electrical

As an Operator at the Vasai facility, your main role will be to operate spot welding machines, ensure the quality of sub-assemblies, and perform additional processes such as pad printing and calibration of MCB poles. Key Responsibilities: - Operate spot welding machines efficiently and perform spot welding on sub-assemblies. - Adjust spot welding machine parameters based on process requirements. - Conduct daily strength checks on spot-welded sub-assemblies to uphold quality standards. - Execute the pad printing process accurately to achieve clear and precise prints on components. - Calibrate and verify MCB poles to guarantee they meet technical and functional specifications. - Inspect finished work to verify compliance with product quality standards. - Report any defects or discrepancies noticed during operations. - Monitor and maintain the equipment utilized in welding and printing processes. - Propose enhancements in process parameters to boost productivity and quality. Requirements: - ITI in Electrical as the educational qualification. - Proficient in operating spot welding machines and comprehending process parameters. - Knowledgeable about pad printing processes and related equipment. - Previous experience in calibration and verification of MCB poles is advantageous. - Attentive to details and dedicated to upholding high-quality standards. - Capable of troubleshooting issues in welding and calibration processes. - Sound understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.,
