Job Description

Direct Responsibility to Deliver the Blown Bottles meeting the Quality standards Defect free bottles by Equipment Operation at Rated Capacity as per SOP.
Direct Responsibility to carry out Mold Maintenance Up Keep of Change Parts.
Directly Responsible to Carry Out Preventive Maintenance to 100% Compliance as Scheduled.
Directly Responsible to Carry Out Corrective Maintenance to 100% Compliance as Scheduled.
Direct Responsibility to carry out Cleaning, Lubrication, and Tightening Inspection (CLTI) to 100% Compliance as Scheduled.
Direct Responsibility to carry out the QA Checks as required at the equipment Assist the QA Team in performing the QA tests other than mentioned.
Direct Responsibility to maintain the Equipment free from Abnormalities, by identifying the Abnormalities in time mitigating the same as per the targets.
Direct Responsibility to carry the Life Cycle audit of the Spares Inform Spares requirement.
Direct Responsibility to Attend the Troubles Failures on the Equipment to Solve with in Quick Possible Time.
