Operations & Telecalling Specialist

The selected candidate should demonstrate adaptability to new technologies, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to understand and contribute to our business model while collaborating effectively as a team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional inbound and outbound telecalling to ensure effective Customer communication and relationship management.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain structured

    reports, data analyses, and presentations

    using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Manage and update

    CRM systems

    to track leads, customer interactions, and operational workflows.
  • Execute timely Customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate and enhance business processes.
  • Adapt to new business models, technologies, and tools as per evolving requirements.
  • Support cross-functional tasks to drive organizational efficiency and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in

    operations, telecalling, or customer support

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

    Telugu and English

    ; working knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    CRM platforms

    and ability to work with digital tools.
  • Proven ability to create detailed reports and presentations for management review.
  • Highly adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
