Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain high team morale.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and solve operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the night shift operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a team lead or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant digital tools.
