Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of back office professionals to ensure efficient processing of insurance claims, policies, and other administrative tasks.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the backend process, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-12 years of experience in BPO operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of backend operations in an insurance industry setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a team remotely.
