Job Description

Role Overview: As an Operations Support Specialist at Ericsson, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the operational readiness of process activities within the Field Services organization. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and assessing the quality of third-party performance, cost, and safety. Additionally, you will oversee changes in the delivery mix of Field Service Operations (FSO) and Approved Supplier Process (ASP) services, report on operational performance, manage transitions during organizational changes, and provide quotations for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure operational readiness for process activities within the Field Services organization. - Monitor and provide quality assessment of third-party performance, cost, and safety. - Oversee alterations in the delivery mix of Field Service Operations (FSO) and Approved Supplier Process (ASP) services. - Report on the operational performance and adopt measures to enhance the service. - Manage transitions and transformations during organizational changes. - Provide quotations for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Business and operations support experience. - Proficiency in Identity And Access Management. - Knowledge of Business Continuity And Disaster Recovery. - Familiarity with Ericsson Information Security Management System. - Experience in Process Management. - Understanding of Ericsson Information Security Assessments and Audits. - Skills in Contract Lifecycle Management. - Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance. - Proficiency in Ericsson Information Security Risk Management Instruction. - Understanding of MS Delivery Strategies. - Familiarity with Work Level Agreement (WLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). - Experience in Change Management.,
