Operations Support

As an Associate Implementation at American Express, you will play a crucial role within the Central Onboarding Team in India supporting ICS. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up the client in MYSU and liaising with WS to ensure rapid and accurate setup - Coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, GNA, MCO, GCO, Risk, and LO - Handling internal client communication and processing of Corporate Account Setups - Prioritizing the setup of work profiles for customers - Ensuring correct setup of all MIS and associated products - Monitoring the implementation process at each stage to provide support to Acquisition/Sales teams - Providing administrative support to the Leader for the implementation of new corporate card, BTA CPC & CMC sales to achieve charge volume Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong understanding of Commercial Card systems and MIS tools - Ability to build and leverage strong working relationships across regional teams - Strong analytical skills and superior customer service skills - Minimum 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI Industry - Graduation in Commerce Functional Skills/Capabilities: - Understanding of Finance - Experience/Knowledge of AML, KYC - Good knowledge of MS Excel Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Corporate Services Procedures - Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Behavioral Skills/Capabilities: - Demonstrating Enterprise Leadership Behaviors - Setting the Agenda, Bringing Others with You, Doing It the Right Way American Express provides benefits to support your holistic well-being, including competitive base salaries, bonus incentives, financial well-being and retirement support, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits, flexible working models, generous paid parental leave policies, access to wellness centers, counseling support through the Healthy Minds program, and career development opportunities.
