Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage inventory flow, third-party manufacturing, 3PL warehousing (Shiprocket Fulfillment), and quality control across all SKUs. You’ll be at the heart of our backend ecosystem, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate stock levels, and traceable, compliant processes as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Batch Management

• Maintain live inventory logs across SKUs and packaging formats
• Track batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates per shipment
• Monitor reorders and coordinate restocking from manufacturing units

3PL Fulfillment Oversight (e.g., Shiprocket)

• Oversee stock-in, stock-out, damage control, and reconciliation
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are implemented and followed
• Liaise with warehouse managers to coordinate inbound GRNs and outbound SLAs

Quality Control & Documentation

• Implement and manage batch QC logs, reverse checks, and sample audits
• Track customer returns for product-related concerns and escalate if needed
• Maintain documentation for FSSAI traceability and product recalls (if ever required)

Vendor & Manufacturer Coordination

• Communicate dispatch schedules, packaging requirements, and blend SKUs to co-packers
• Approve QC samples and printed batches (digitally or on-site)

Reporting & Tools

• Use Excel/Google Sheets, Zoho Inventory, or Shiprocket dashboard
• Generate weekly inventory, damage, reorder, and sales-ready reports



Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably F&B, FMCG, or e-commerce)
• Familiarity with Shiprocket Fulfillment, Unicommerce, Zoho, or similar
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Fluent in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of barcode/batch control is a plus
• Basic understanding of FSSAI or food traceability regulations

Bonus Points

• Experience in direct-to-consumer brands
• Previously managed third-party packaging
• Passion for health, wellness, or better-for-you food brands
