Operations / QA Intern

🔎 What You’ll Do

• Test employee & employer dashboards: log bugs, broken states, and usability issues
• Document empty states, edge cases, and user flows
• Create short how-to guides and help docs (text, screenshots, or Loom videos)
• Support the team in tracking and prioritizing issues
• Work closely with the founder to improve the platform’s overall usability

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented and proactive - you notice when something “feels off”
• Strong communication skills to document clearly and simply
• Interest in QA, product testing, or customer success
• Comfortable using digital tools (Trello, Miro, GitHub,Markdown, etc.)
• (Bonus) Previous experience with QA, UX testing, or documentation

  ₹10,000–₹20,000/month
