We’re looking for an Operations / QA Intern to join our team and make sure our platform feels smooth, reliable, and well-documented for every user. You’ll be hands-on with our dashboards, testing features, spotting issues, and helping us build clear, helpful documentation. 🔎 What You’ll Do Test employee & employer dashboards: log bugs, broken states, and usability issues Document empty states, edge cases, and user flows Create short how-to guides and help docs (text, screenshots, or Loom videos) Support the team in tracking and prioritizing issues Work closely with the founder to improve the platform’s overall usability ✅ What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented and proactive - you notice when something “feels off” Strong communication skills to document clearly and simply Interest in QA, product testing, or customer success Comfortable using digital tools (Trello, Miro, GitHub,Markdown, etc.) (Bonus) Previous experience with QA, UX testing, or documentation 🚀 What We Offer 💰 Stipend: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month (based on skills & experience) A chance to directly shape the user experience of a digital product at a startup Learn about product management, QA, and customer support in a global hiring context Flexible, remote-first working style Mentorship and exposure to the full product development cycle Potential for growth into customer success or product roles 👉 Interested?
