Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Banaswadi, Bengaluru for an Operations Project Manager - Social Impact. The ideal candidate will design and execute education, community rehabilitation and vocational skilling programs and projects, and ensure that they align with the organization's mission and objectives. Responsibilities will include coordinating resources, monitoring project budgets, managing timelines, and ensuring the efficient delivery of social impact initiatives. The Operations Project Manager will also be expected to build effective communication channels among stakeholders, build new connections and provide analytical support to drive decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management and Program Management to oversee projects and align them with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Budgeting to ensure effective resource allocation and informed decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and maintain coordination across teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in a nonprofit or social impact sector is advantageous.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields is preferred.
