1. Employee Life Cycle Management Manage the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. Build effective workforce planning models based on departmental needs. Design and monitor HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with organizational goals. 2. This includes ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, maintaining tight financial control on construction activities, and managing cash flow. The candidate will primarily work from the city office in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, and will regularly travel to the Somenahalli site to verify bills, validate expenses, and oversee financial aspects of the construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Accounting and Financial Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of ac- counts in compliance with accounting standards. Monitor and record daily financial transactions and prepare periodic financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
