Job Description

Role Overview: You are being sought after to fill the position of Head of Operations at a fast-growing co-working space partner company. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Co-Founder (COO) to assume responsibility for ensuring end-to-end operational excellence. Your expertise in the co-working/managed workspace business model, hands-on experience with center launches, and ability to serve as the founder's strategic execution partner are crucial. This leadership role requires high ownership, focusing on on-ground responsibilities rather than back-office or coordination tasks. Your main duties will involve overseeing the design-to-handover execution for new centers, managing operations across existing workspaces, and establishing scalable processes. Key Responsibilities: - Own the entire project lifecycle, including Design, Build/Execution, Procurement, Vendor Finalization, Licensing/Readiness, and Handover to Ops - Coordinate effectively among designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery of centers according to design specifications - Ensure all pre-handover audits, checklists, snag lists, and readiness parameters are completed before go-live - Supervise day-to-day operations at various centers to ensure smooth operations and uphold high service standards - Develop, refine, and implement SOPs, playbooks, workflows, and governance mechanisms that can grow along with the organization - Take the lead on client onboarding and offboarding processes to facilitate seamless transitions and hassle-free experiences - Collaborate closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth delivery of hard & soft services, preventive maintenance, adherence to vendor SLAs, and issue-free daily operations - Manage relationships with building owners/landlords, adeptly handling escalations, negotiations, and building-related concerns - Partner with the Client Experience team to ensure consistent service quality, minimal escalations, and high client satisfaction - Recruit, lead, and mentor operations executives, vendors, and support teams to uphold service excellence - Maintain dashboards, provide business updates, and conduct monthly reviews for founder visibility and informed decision-making - Identify operational gaps, implement enhancements, and drive efficiencies related to cost, time, and service quality Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in co-working/managed office operations, workspace launches, facility operations, or center management - Demonstrated success in launching new centers or managing large co-working spaces end-to-end - Strong skills in project management, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and multi-team coordination - Ability to approach problem-solving, decision-making, and operations management with an entrepreneurial mindset - Exceptional communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and the capacity to present information clearly to founders and clients - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a high bias towards execution,
