Operations Processing Senior Representative

As a Data Management Support for New Item and Direct-Store-Delivery items procurement, your role involves creating new items on Client application, reviewing information on e-forms to ensure completeness and accuracy following Client procedures, and recording new distribution information. You will also be responsible for entering and maintaining cost and allowance deals, including revisions and cancellations, as well as authorizing new DSD items for vendor delivery to stores as specified on e-forms. Key Responsibilities: - Create new items on Client application - Review information on e-forms for completeness and accuracy - Return incomplete or incorrect e-form inputs to Client Category managers - Record new distribution information from e-forms - Enter and maintain cost and allowance deals, including revisions and cancellations - Authorize new DSD items for vendor delivery to stores as per e-form specifications Qualifications Required: - Good Communication skills to interact with customers via emails - Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment with varying shifts - Basic Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and other software),
