Operations Processing Senior Representative

You will be responsible for supporting data management for New Item and Direct-Store-Delivery items procurement at the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating new items on Client application - Reviewing information on e-forms to ensure completeness and accuracy according to Client procedures - Returning incomplete or incorrect e-form inputs to Client Category managers - Recording new distribution information from e-forms - Entering and maintaining cost and allowance deals, including date/amount revisions and cancellations - Authorizing new DSD items to facilitate vendor deliveries directly to stores as specified on e-forms You should possess the following qualifications: - Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers via emails - Willingness to work in a flexible shift schedule, including a 24 x 7 environment - Basic knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and other software.
