Operations Processing Senior Representative

As a Data Management Support for New Item and Direct-Store-Delivery items procurement, your primary responsibility will be to create new items on the Client application. You will be reviewing information on e-forms, following Client procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy. In cases where e-forms are incomplete or incorrect, it will be your duty to return them to the Client Category managers for necessary action. Additionally, you will record new distribution information obtained from e-forms and enter new data while also maintaining existing cost and allowance deals. This includes handling date/amount revisions and cancellations as required. You will also have the authority to authorize new Direct-Store-Delivery items, allowing vendors to deliver goods directly to stores as specified on the e-forms. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills to effectively interact with customers via emails. The job demands flexibility in shifts, as you should be willing to work in a 24 x 7 environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and other software will be beneficial for carrying out your tasks efficiently.
