Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Officer, based in Daman. The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Duties include managing operational workflows, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with various departments, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining effective communication across teams and supporting Regulatory and logistical aspects of operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management and analytical thinking to oversee and improve workflows and processes
• Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork
• Basic knowledge and skills in Regulatory/QA for Dossier Management and Internal and External Coordination
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and prioritize tasks effectively
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in operations management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is must
