Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager/Center Manager at EyeMantra Group of Hospital, located in New Delhi. The Operations Manager/Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning and coordination among various departments. Key tasks include managing staff, optimizing patient flow, maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing efficient operational processes. The role also involves financial management, resource allocation, and enhancing patient and staff satisfaction.

• Experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, and operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial management and resource allocation
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in multi-speciality hospitals or eye care facilities is a plus
