Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the security operations team, including supervisors, guards, and control room staff.
Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee incident response, investigations, and reporting for security-related events.
Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and stakeholders as needed.
Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) to ensure effective functioning.
Prepare and present security reports, incident logs, and performance reviews.
Manage manpower deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation across sites.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the security team to maintain high standards of performance and discipline.
Ensure effective client relationship management and address any escalations promptly.
