Job Description: Operations Manager - Security and Network
About ProTech ITS:
Launched in February 2024, with 1+ year of validated service provision experience, we are a client-centric process outsourcing partner based in Ahmedabad, India providing high quality services to our clients in the United States. We primarily serve in the security services domain and assist clients’ operations in Video Surveillance, Remote Guarding, Network Monitoring, Data Management, Customer Service and Systems Infrastructure management.

We are looking for a skilled, dedicated and proactive leader as in an operations manager position with strong interpersonal and technical skills to join our remote operations team in Ahmedabad with the workable listed for our US client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of SOC agents that handles incoming alarms, events and live patrol queues
- Manage a team of remote NOC technicians and field engineers to address network issues via ticketing, emails or phone calls
- Accumulating ang managing the data records along with identifying and assessing workable to meet the company standard requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers’ stakeholders when required
- Evaluate and recommend security & network infrastructure improvements along with system upgrades as necessary
- Create technical support documentations and update policies
- Meet regularly with senior managers/team to develop and report on strategic plans for team objectives
- Set daily employee objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and better performance as per KPIs
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients and internal teams through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle escalations and incidents reported in a timely manner
- Accumulate and provide data reports on a daily/monthly/annually basis
- Follow/update communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements and skills:
- Working experience of 6-10 years with at least 5 years of senior leadership experience in team handling
- Proven experience in Security domain for product support and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SIEM tools
- Strong expertise in Incident Response and Incident Management
- Ability to lead and guide the NOC team in addressing and resolving network issues
- Bachelor’s degree B.E. / B.Sc. / BCS or equivalent is a must
- CCNA or CCNP or MSCE Security certification will be a plus
Shift-time :: 3 pm to 12 pm IST
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
