Job Title: Operations Manager – QSR

Job Summary:
Oversee daily operations of multiple quick service restaurant outlets to ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and profitability. Drive operational efficiency and staff performance while implementing brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning across locations
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and P&L performance
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
• Implement marketing initiatives and customer service improvements
• Conduct audits and performance reviews regularly
• Coordinate with vendors and supply chain for timely stock and quality control
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in QSR or F&B operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office
• Willingness to travel between outlets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
