Job Description

Responsibilities : Contracts & Agreements Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and partners. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with food safety, packaging, labeling, and advertising laws. Manage licensing and permits. Risk Management Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies. Handle disputes and litigation effectively. Intellectual Property Protect trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Corporate Support Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and franchise agreements. Ensure adherence to labor and employment laws. Crisis Management Address legal issues in product recalls or consumer complaints. Provide guidance on public statements and PR during crises.
