Legal Advisor (LLB)

Urgent Hiring Legal Advisor

Location - Bodakdev Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

· Land & Property Documentation

· Verify and examine 7/12 extracts, property cards, NA orders, and land titles.

· Handle mutation entries,property transfer records, and title clearance certificates.

· Legal Compliance & Liaison

· Ensure compliance with local municipal, town planning, and revenue department laws.

· Coordinate with Tehsildar, Mamlatdar, Talati, Circle Officers, and other authorities.

· Litigation Handling

· Represent the company in land disputes, encroachments, or land acquisition matters.

· Work with legal counsel on court matters related to land or property.

· Due Diligence

· Conduct legal due diligence before property acquisition or development.

· Prepare legal reports for land purchases or project launches.

· Contract & Agreement Drafting

· Draft and vet sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, MoUs, and POAs (Power of Attorney).

· Record Keeping & Updates

· Maintain up-to-date records of land holdings, government approvals, and legal correspondence.

· Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely approvals or resolutions.

· Support to Project & Sales Team

· Clarify land/legal status to sales and project teams for customer transparency.

· Provide legal input in RERA documentation and project launches.

Requirements:

Degree in Law (LLB)specialization in land or property law is a plus.

2+ years of experience in revenue/legal matters (especially in real estate).

Good command over local land laws, registration processes, and government functioning.
