Ingredient Preparation : Source and prepare fresh, locally-sourced ingredients essential for Bengali cuisine. Cooking : Cook a variety of Bengali dishes with expertise in spices and techniques unique to the region. Quality Control : Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and food quality. Kitchen Management : Oversee kitchen operations, maintain hygiene standards, and manage staff as needed. Adaptability : Introduce innovative dishes while retaining traditional flavors.
