Job Description

As an Operations Manager, Policy Adherence, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of preferred buying channels and ensuring policy adherence within the Optimizes Operations team. Your responsibilities will encompass leading risk mitigation and compliance operations, conducting research, auditing procurement processes, operationalizing policies, documenting standard operating procedures, expanding risk management scope, creating efficiency plans, and conducting audits. You will collaborate with various teams including Supplier Risk, Legal, Global Finance, Information Security, Risk, HR, and Compliance to support operations and process development. Your impact will extend to holding expense-related discussions with colleagues and senior Firm leaders, guiding teammates in resolving complex escalation issues related to policy, risk, and compliance processes, and providing expert guidance on resolving sensitive escalation issues. Additionally, you will measure and track team and partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with service providers to drive innovation. Aligning with leadership on ESG & Risk strategies and implementing these strategies will also be part of your responsibilities to minimize risk for the Firm and set high professional standards. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Undergraduate degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred; Degree / education requirements may vary by country or practice - 3+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience - Excellent organization capabilities with the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion - Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning - Ability to create various materials such as PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables - Exceptional time management skills to meet responsibilities in a complex and mostly autonomous work environment - Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours, attend meetings, or take on projects with limited notice - Experience in building, monitoring, and addressing cases involving policy adherence, risk management, or compliance - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adapt your style to different perspectives and seniority levels In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the operations and risk management processes of the Firm, ensuring high standards of policy adherence and compliance are met.,
