Operations Manager, Policy Adherence

As an Operations Manager, Policy Adherence, you will be part of the Operations Policy Adherence team based in Prague, Poznan, Chennai, Gurugram or Manila. Your role involves driving adoption of preferred buying channels, overseeing consequence management processes for policy adherence, and leading risk mitigation and compliance operations within the Optimize team. You will work closely with various teams across the Firm to support operations and process development. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading operational aspects of risk mitigation and compliance within Optimize - Conducting research and auditing procurement processes - Operationalizing policies and documenting standard operating procedures (SOP) - Expanding the scope of risk management and creating efficiency plans - Performing audits and collaborating on the strategic direction of the Policy Adherence team You will collaborate with Supplier Risk, Legal, Global Finance, Information Security, Risk, HR, and Compliance teams to align on strategic directions and support process development. Additionally, you will hold expense-related discussions with colleagues and senior Firm leaders, guide teammates in resolving escalation issues, measure and track team performance, and identify growth opportunities.
