Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, managing project delivery timelines, and driving process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience managing creative teams and be adept at handling both people and processes effectively. You will lead and manage cross-functional teams, including video editors, scheduling coordinators, and creative staff. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating studio operations, project timelines, and video production deliverables. Monitoring and optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency and quality will be crucial. You will act as a point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, planning, implementing, and evaluating daily operational activities. Identifying bottlenecks and initiating process improvement strategies, maintaining reports and dashboards to track project and team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards are key aspects of this role. You will also support the leadership team with strategy execution and team alignment. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in media, creative, or advertising agencies. Strong project management and leadership skills, excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities, as well as hands-on experience with operations tools and project tracking systems are essential. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing creative production teams or video content projects, as well as exposure to client servicing or educational content marketing.
