Job Description

Position:

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including Inward, Inventory, Outward, and Dispatch.
Ensure smooth functioning of the supply chain process with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage and monitor the P&L of the warehouse with full accountability.
Lead team performance, manpower allocation, and workflow optimisation.
Implement and enforce SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time dispatches and zero discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment.
Drive process improvement, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

5 to 10 years of experience in Warehouse/Operations management, with proven experience in Pharma WH Fulfilment Centres.
Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, dispatch operations, P&L management, and client coordination
Ability to manage operations independently and lead teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Pharma warehouse experience is mandatory.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred).
