Role & responsibilities

Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing systems to prevent overstocking or understocking. systems to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations, such as optimizing picking and packing procedures, order fulfillment, and logistics. This includes record-keeping, documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, which may include picking, packing, and shipping Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect pharmaceutical products from theft, tampering, or contamination. Ensuring that safety protocols are followed, including proper handling of hazardous materials. Managing the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, VNA machines, and inventory management software. Maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to product quality or supply chain disruptions. Assisting in the creation and management of the warehouse's budget, including cost control and optimization of expenses. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance the warehouse's efficiency and effectiveness.
