Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our business in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
Ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilisation.
Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and motivate team members.
Handle administrative tasks using Word and Excel.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of appliances and furniture is an added advantage

Candidate Profile:

Gender: Male
Age Range: 24 to 34 years
Language : Fluent in Kannada and English (must); knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in operations or related roles

Qualifications:

Prior experience in operations management or similar roles
Relevant industry experience is preferred
