Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our business in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilisation.
• Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and motivate team members.
• Handle administrative tasks using Word and Excel.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of appliances and furniture is an added advantage

Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Male
• Age Range: 24 to 34 years
• Language : Fluent in Kannada and English (must); knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in operations or related roles

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in operations management or similar roles
• Relevant industry experience is preferred
