Operations Manager

You will be responsible for managing all site supervisors and area supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve maintaining discipline at all sites, generating leads, and acquiring new businesses. It will be your duty to control costs and optimize profits for all sites. You are required to maintain regular MIS reports for clients and create newsletters. Daily tasks will include monitoring material stock, client reports, and ensuring that all checklists are regularly completed. Attendance tracking and record-keeping will be crucial aspects of your job. You must promptly address any unscheduled absenteeism by arranging replacements. It is essential to stay updated with area supervisors and operations executives to manage escalations from clients effectively. Client relations management is a key responsibility, including timely resolution of all client issues and providing replacements for leaves. Your role will involve attendance management, maintaining necessary registers, implementing controls, and upkeeping SOPs at all sites. You should possess a strong network nationwide and be willing to travel. Additionally, comprehensive knowledge of chemicals and machines used in facility management is required.
