Operations Manager

* Able to handle material, supervise packing, manage and dispatch a wide range of goods

from the warehouse.

* Should have knowledge of IMPORT / EXPORT and its documentation like Bill of Entries,

Airway Bill, Insurance, etc.

* Looking after transportation of material in-out of the warehouse.

* Should have knowledge of ERP to prepare Invoices, follow-up with customers for

material dispatched and ensure to receive payments on time.

* Responsible for obtaining all vendor bills for checking and ensure correct payment to be

done.

* Complying with all health, Safety and Environmental standards. Maintain a clean, neat

and orderly work area and assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.

* Facilitating effective communication within the team and across the organization.

* Carry out Inventory Stock Check to have discrepancy free stock and investigating

inventory losses.
