We are a premium boutique hotel in Pushkar looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel functions including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintainence. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance.
Requirements:
. 3-5 years of hotel operations experience
. Strong leadership and team management skills
. Good communication and problem solving skills
. Knowledge of hotel management systems and OTA platforms
