Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager Community Segment to lead the end-to-end execution of EV charging solutions across residential societies, apartments, gated communities, and commercial complexes. This role is crucial to scaling Kazam's presence in the community ecosystem, ensuring successful project delivery, seamless operations, and best-in-class charging experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

? Project Deployment: Oversee the complete lifecycle of community charging installations from site surveys, infrastructure readiness, and installation to testing, commissioning, and go-live.

? Stakeholder Management: Engage with RWAs, builders, facility management teams, and commercial property owners to ensure smooth project execution and resolve on-ground challenges.

? Vendor & Partner Coordination: Identify, onboard, and manage installation partners, contractors, and service providers to deliver high-quality, timely installations.

? Operational Excellence: Ensure high uptime, preventive maintenance, and quick resolution of service issues to deliver a superior charging experience.

? Process Improvement: Build and optimize operational workflows to reduce deployment timelines, improve cost efficiency, and standardize installation practices.

? Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, technical, and regulatory requirements for all installations.

? Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to align operational execution with business goals.

? Reporting & Analytics: Track deployment progress, vendor performance, and operational KPIs; share regular insights with leadership for strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

? 48 years of experience in operations, field deployment, or project management ideally in EV, solar, energy, infrastructure, or IoT industries.

? Hands-on experience in managing large-scale field operations or community infrastructure projects.

? Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and process optimization.

? Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

? Experience working with RWAs, residential societies, or commercial properties is a strong plus.

? Engineering or operations background preferred.
