Operations Manager – Fitness / Wellness Industry

Location: Delhi (Multi-location role)

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Operations Manager who thrives on bringing structure, building systems, and driving implementation across multiple studios.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while leading large-scale changes such as software migrations, policy rollouts, and new studio launches.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Structure & Process Management

Create and implement clear operational structures, SOPs, and workflows across all studios

Break down goals into actionable plans, task assignments, and timelines

Ensure task ownership, follow-ups, and closure across teams

Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve them

Multi-Studio Operations (Delhi)

Oversee daily operations of multiple Pilates studios across Delhi

Ensure consistency in service quality, processes, and client experience

Work closely with studio managers to drive operational discipline

Monitor KPIs, compliance, attendance, schedules, and reporting

Change & Project Management

Lead and manage major operational changes, including:

Software migration & system adoption

Policy implementation & compliance

Process improvements and automation

Plan, communicate, train, and track adoption of changes

Act as the bridge between leadership and on-ground teams

New Studio Openings

Manage end-to-end operational readiness for new studio launches

Coordinate with internal teams for staffing, training, systems, and processes

Ensure smooth handover from setup phase to live operations

Team Coordination & Accountability

Assign tasks clearly and track completion

Conduct regular reviews and audits

Train teams on SOPs, tools, and operational standards

Ensure accountability without micromanagement

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in operations management (fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry preferred)

Strong planning, structuring, and execution skills

Proven experience managing multiple locations or large teams

Comfortable handling change management & system implementation

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Excellent communication and follow-up skills
