Operations Manager

As a Back Office Operations Executive at the company, your role will involve handling day-to-day back-office operations for Motilal Oswal trading accounts. This includes executing mutual fund purchase/redemption requests, tracking SIPs, and coordinating with AMCs and Motilal Oswal support team for operational tasks. You will also be responsible for managing insurance policy data, renewal reminders, and client communication. Additionally, maintaining client KYC documentation, onboarding data, and compliance files will be a key part of your responsibilities. Working on Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining daily MIS will also be part of your routine tasks.
