Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria management, and security.
Oversee technical management of facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational excellence and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to facility operations.
Candidate must have proven experience in handling technical sites , FM soft services, manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-8 years of experience in Facility Management or similar field.
M.Tech degree in Electrical or Electronics/Telecommunication (preferably).
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of business operations, customer service management, site operations, site management, facility services, technical management.
