Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria management, and security.
  • Oversee technical management of facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational excellence and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to facility operations.
  • Candidate must have proven experience in handling technical sites , FM soft services, manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-8 years of experience in Facility Management or similar field.
  • M.Tech degree in Electrical or Electronics/Telecommunication (preferably).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, customer service management, site operations, site management, facility services, technical management.
