Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a

  team of collection executives

  handling domestic portfolios.
• Drive collection performance across buckets (0–6), early-stage, late-stage, and recovery portfolios, ensuring achievement of monthly targets.

• monitor collections performance, manage customers, team managements

  , etc
• Analyze

  delinquency trends

  and implement strategies to reduce NPAs.
• Conduct regular

  team huddles

  , performance reviews, and

  motivate team members

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  company policies, regulatory guidelines, and RBI norms

  .
• Coordinate with senior management for

  process improvements and escalations

  .

Requirements:

• Experience:

  5–8 years in collections/recovery/financial services, with 1–2 years in a

  supervisory or TL role

  .

• Preferred Background:

  BFSI, NBFC, Recovery agencies, or Exchange houses.
• Strong knowledge of

  retail loan products

  (PL, CL, CD, Auto Loan, Digital Products).
• Ability to manage

  high-pressure targets

  and

  motivate teams

  .

• Communication Skills:

  English + regional languages (Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada preferred).

• Skills:

  Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
