Role Overview: As an Operations Manager (Content Production), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day content operations for various platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Insta Reels, and Documentaries. You will be responsible for building and managing a content calendar to ensure the smooth production flow. Coordination with writers, editors, cinematographers, and social media teams will be essential to maintain a balance between quality and meeting deadlines for high-quality, fast-paced content delivery. Troubleshooting delays, last-minute changes, and production challenges will also be part of your role. Moreover, tracking performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficient workflows to scale the content output will be crucial tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Run day-to-day content operations across different platforms - Build and manage a content calendar for production scheduling - Coordinate with various teams involved in content creation - Ensure a balance between quality and timely delivery of content - Troubleshoot delays, changes, and production challenges - Track performance metrics and implement process improvements - Help scale content output while maintaining consistency Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills - Understanding of digital content workflows on platforms like YouTube and Instagram - Proficiency in productivity tools such as ClickUp/Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines - Continuous improvement mindset Additional Company Details: The job type for this position is full-time and permanent. The work location is in person, based in Pune with the possibility of On-site or Hybrid arrangements. The benefits include paid sick time.
