Operations Manager-Content Production

As an Operations Manager (Content Production) in Pune, your role involves running day-to-day content operations for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Insta Reels, and Documentaries. You are responsible for building and managing a content calendar to ensure a smooth production flow. Your coordination skills are key as you work with writers, editors, cinematographers, and social media teams. It is your duty to maintain a balance between quality and meeting deadlines for high-quality, fast-paced content. Troubleshooting delays, last-minute changes, and production challenges are also part of your responsibilities. Tracking performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficient workflows to help scale content output while ensuring consistency in short-form content are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Run day-to-day content operations for YouTube Shorts, Insta Reels, and Documentaries - Build and manage a content calendar to keep production on track - Coordinate with writers, editors, cinematographers, and social media teams - Ensure a balance between quality and deadlines for top-class, fast-paced content - Troubleshoot delays, last-minute changes, and production challenges - Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement smarter workflows - Help scale output from 2 documentaries/month to 6 documentaries/month while maintaining consistency in short-form content Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills - Understanding of digital content workflows on platforms like YouTube and Instagram - Proficiency with productivity tools such as ClickUp/Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and effective under tight deadlines - Continuous improvement mindset Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including paid sick time.
