Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all outlets. This includes monitoring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with FSSAI guidelines. It is crucial to maintain brand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all locations and ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours and special events. Additionally, you will be preparing duty rosters, ensuring adequate staffing, motivating and disciplining staff, conducting training sessions, and evaluating performance to uphold professionalism and brand values. Your role will also involve ensuring excellent customer service, quick turnaround time, and positive staff interactions, handling customer complaints effectively, and maintaining high ratings on customer feedback platforms.
