Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible candidate to manage day-to-day operations, support recruitment by shortlisting and selecting suitable candidates for various postings, and assist with tender participation processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, have basic knowledge of tender documentation, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. candidate should have minimum of 2 years experience of working in Petroleum/Petrochemical or Marine Industry . Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate operational activities. Identify and select qualified candidates for project postings. Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents. Liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed. This role requires a proactive, dependable individual with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
