Operations Management Consultant

As a full-time on-site Operations Management Consultant at Holcon Services Pvt Ltd in Pune, your primary responsibility will involve enhancing operations, project delivery, supply chain management, and distribution strategy utilizing Theory of Constraints (ToC). You will be required to closely collaborate with clients to devise and execute efficient operational strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Operations Management and Management Consulting skills to enhance operational efficiency - Apply Analytical Skills to identify operational inefficiencies and propose effective solutions - Leverage Consulting and Program Management experience to drive successful project delivery - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Deliver clear communication and engaging presentations - Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams - Knowledge of Theory of Constraints (ToC) would be beneficial Qualifications: - Proficiency in Operations Management and Management Consulting - Strong Analytical Skills for problem identification and resolution - Prior experience in Consulting and Program Management - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams - Knowledge of Theory of Constraints (ToC) is advantageous - A Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field would be preferred.,
