As an Operations Manager at Occams Advisory, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and operational processes company-wide. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize workflows, manage priorities, and ensure company objectives are achieved. - Translate high-level objectives into structured tasks and effectively manage project timelines. - Utilize Asana or other project management tools for task delegation, tracking, and follow-ups. - Oversee execution, ensure accountability, and address bottlenecks proactively. - Track deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Convert discussions into clear action plans and maintain structured documentation. - Standardize processes to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth workflows. - Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and ensure readiness for decision-making. - Understand software projects, integrate new tools, and drive operational improvements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing structured updates and aligning priorities. - Drive execution efficiency by optimizing workflows and managing priorities effectively. - Use Objective & Key Results (OKRs) as the guiding methodology to steer operations. Qualification & Experience: - Preferred - Masters in any related specialization and/or related Certifications. - 5+ years" experience in software delivery, IT operations, and Project Management. - Proficiency in project management software like Jira or Asana is crucial. - Experience in Operations Management and driving Operational Excellence.
