Operations Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for taking ownership of a new business division focused on driving customer delight and ensuring that the small, lean team is aligned, engaged, and motivated to excel. This role will require you to work hands-on, manage a small team, and interact with teams and customers in the United States and Australia. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, document, and ensure compliance with processes and internal standards - Identify process gaps and work towards bridging them - Define and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs) - Manage workload, activities, and tasks of team members to meet project deadlines - Assist in interviewing and hiring additional team members to support company growth - Interact with clients, team members, and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences - Help build a culture of high performance aligned with core values Qualifications Required: - Ability to take extreme ownership of all aspects of the business - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on documentation - Attention to detail and a methodical approach - Leadership skills to manage a lean team of 5 and make decisive decisions - Advocacy for team concerns and client needs with leadership - Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and ability to work for extended periods in front of a computer,
