You will handle onboarding, KYC processing, documentation, backend operations, and support all investment transactions across Mutual Funds, SIF, and NPS.
✔ Process new client onboarding & CKYC
✔ Verify documents, PAN, Aadhaar, signatures
✔ Coordinate with AMCs, R&T Agents, SIF partners
✔ Process SIP, lumpsum, redemptions, switches
✔ Maintain transaction accuracy & compliance
✔ Update client records, CRM data & reports
✔ Handle operational queries from RMs & clients
✔ Support compliance team with audits/document checks
