Conduct structured research on:
University programs, rankings, and admissions data
Country-specific visa rules, scholarships, and post-study work opportunities
Competitor analysis and partnership databases (loan providers, accommodation, forex, etc.)
Assist in managing internal databases and CRM (Google Sheets/Airtable)
Coordinate application timelines, student onboarding, and follow-ups
Support preparation of decks, templates, and reports for student mentorship programs
Assist in operational documentation (SOPs, process manuals, partnership outreach lists)
Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency and student experience
