Company Profile SG Masters Pathways is India's most student-focused and ethical study-abroad consultancy Job Description We are looking for an experienced and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, improving organic visibility and website rankings, optimizing performance, and independently executing complete SEO operations. The SEO Specialist will manage our On-page, Off-page, Local SEO, and Technical SEO activities. Key Responsibilities · Keyword research, competitor analysis, and Google Search Console setup · Perform on-page optimization for landing pages, blogs and page content. · Optimize titles, meta tags, URLs, headings, schema, sitemap & internal links · Conduct regular technical SEO audits including speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing issues, robots, sitemap, fix errors etc. · Manage GMB, local citations & reviews · Build high-quality backlinks, guest posts & blog submissions · Conduct duplicate checks, image optimization & broken link fixes · Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, page performance, and conversions. · Create and deliver monthly SEO reports with KPIs and future action plans. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Organic Traffic: 20-30% monthly growth. · Keyword Rankings: 10-15 keywords in Top 10 within 3 months. · Click-Through Rate (CTR): More than 3% on key pages. · Bounce Rate: Less than 40%. · Engagement session: 2-3 minutes on top pages. · Indexed Pages: Ensure all key pages are indexed in Search Console. · Backlinks: 15-25 per month from relevant domains. · Top Blogs: 2-3 blog posts with 500+ monthly visits. · Organic Leads: 15-25 quality leads per month. Required Skills · Minimum 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in edtech or content-driven sectors. · Strong understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and keyword tools. · Proven track record of improving rankings and generating organic leads. · Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams. · Familiarity with content marketing and blogging strategy.
