Job Description – Medical Appointment Coordinator / Medical Operations Executive Responsibilities: Updating medical status in the system (Show / No-Show) Medical report follow-up with diagnostic centres Quality check & report uploading Grievance handling Key Accountabilities Schedule medical appointments for Insurance and Corporate customers. Send daily Show/No-Show updates to Head Office. Reschedule No-Show medical appointments as per instructions from Advisors. Make outbound calls to diagnostic centres and hospitals to confirm scheduled medical appointments, check availability, and ensure timely coordination. Daily follow-up calls with medical centres for dispatch and status of medical reports. Quality check, scrutiny, and uploading of medical reports as per checklist. Follow up with centres for queries raised by HO and ensure closure within TAT. Ensure medical report TAT is achieved month-on-month. Coordination with internal teams – Call Centre, QC Team, Billing, and other branches. Ensure smooth handling of queries related to customers/diagnostic centres. Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate 6 months – 1 year experience preferred in Insurance / TPA / Medical Operations / Healthcare Coordination Good understanding of Life Insurance operations Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication & coordination skills Ability to handle process-driven tasks and manage follow-ups Interested candidates can share their resumes to vimarsha.p@getvisitapp.com Thank You!!
